DRAWING IN THE STREET

A course for young amateurs in the art of drawing is currently taking place in Seillans under the direction of Mrs. Benson, the internationally renowned painter whose studios are located in Fayence, rue du Château.

We met “on the job” four of these students who come from France, Belgium and Holland, hard at work.

It’s in Seillans, in the street of the Church that they exercised themselves in the secrets of perspectives, volumes and proportions.

Let us recall in this regard that it is to Mrs. Benson that we owe the conception and drawing of the poster published on the occasion of the craft days of July 16 and 17.
