MISS BENSON’S DRAWING SCHOOL

She is currently exhibiting some of her paintings in the hall of the convent where the productions of the canton’s craftsmen are located. Miss Benson takes us there into her marvelous and fantastic universe of symbolic dreams, with a delicious sweetness and a talent that no one can deny. Taking advantage of the fine weather, the artist, who also lives in Fayence, settles in the square where she transmits her knowledge (which is great) to occasional pupils, happy to learn with such a kind teacher, the secrets of drawing technique.
Thanks to Miss Benson for this happy initiative.

DRAWING IN THE STREET

Place de la République, under the cool shade of century-old trees, young draftsmen gathered yesterday to draw landscapes on their white sheets of paper.
Christine Benson, master in the art of drawing and painting, allowed these young artists to benefit from her sage advice.
Meet Christine and her “foals”.
