The original artwork to illustrate an article for a magazine or catalog for Fairweather fashion house in Cape Town, South Africa. The original on the right, is painted in preparation for printing on what would have originally been a white board. you can also see some correction work with white paint, now clearly visible with yellowing of the paper. For the image on the left, I have manipulated the conversion to black and white so that we can get an idea of how it would have appeared in it’s final printed reproduction, but without the normal screening process.
