Exhibition…

This evening at 6:30 p.m., the exhibition of artists and craftsmen from the entire canton of Fayence will be inaugurated. In the very beautiful hall of the convent, many works by our local artists will show the face of a canton where the marvelous studios are not missing.

ECHOES OF THE PARTY…

The winning raffle ticket had been sold shortly before the draw by friend Charlot. It is therefore to him that the winner, the friend Dédé Brun, will offer the champagne

The gendarmerie brigade provided a discreet service of order (and deterrence) during the holidays. That made everything go smoothly.

At dessert, we saw a lot of improvised singers parade in front of the microphone. There was even a small “choir” formed by JP.F. Fréducci, Pietrera and other friends who had the whole room perform the Provençal song of the “Coupo Santo”.

The mayor and his kind wife were of course at the party. It is their image that we present to you below.

“MADEMOISELLE” CHARLOT

One of the highlights of the last day of the festivities at Notre-Dame was the discovery of friend Charlot who, disguised as a young lady, a little vamp on the ledges, took care first of entertaining the children and then of putting in everyone’s pocket, raffle tickets. We were much amused by this perfectly successful disguise.

COMPLIMENTS

We learn with pleasure that Jean-Luc Puginier, son of Moïse Puginier, the prince of international cycling, and of Madame, brilliantly passed his admission exams to the Toulouse School of Engineers, he was the only candidate received on thirty.
A thousand compliments to Jean-Luc and his parents.
